Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rice
    12 c. water
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    3 tsp. oregano
    3 tsp. chili powder
    3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Saute green pepper in margarine.
    Add seasonings, then water and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Bring to boil.
    Add rice; stir well.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes on low heat or until rice cooks dry.
