Mirza Qasemi(Eggplant Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small eggplants
2 medium tomatoes
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Bake eggplants in 350\u00b0 oven until cooked. This occurs when eggplants swell and the skin bursts. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Peel, cutting hard tops off. Cut into small pieces.
