French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. salt
    unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Blend sugar and butter; add eggs and blend well.
    Add vanilla, salt, vinegar and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
