Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. sirloin steak
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 to 2 medium green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    On medium heat, brown beef cubes in oil.
    Add garlic salt, salt, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes; add green pepper (diced) and onion.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Stir in cornstarch and water.
    Add tomatoes and cook until tender.
    Serve over rice.
