6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box 40% Bran Flakes
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl or Tupperware.
In separate bowl, mix together eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Add to dry mixture and mix well.
Store in refrigerator in covered container.
Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
