Chile Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (7 oz.) cans whole green chiles
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce with bits, reserve for topping
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt, pepper, cumin
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Layer chiles, cheese until all are used (about 3 layers).
    Combine rest of ingredients in bowl and mix well.
    Pour egg mixture over chiles and cheeses.
    Let set for 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and pour on tomato sauce.
    Bake for 10 more minutes.
    Serves 12.
