    cut up frying chicken
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1 jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together the Russian dressing, apricot preserves and soup mix; pour over chicken.
