Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. water
3 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, flour and salt in a saucepan. Stir in water gradually.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add small amount of hot mixture to slightly beaten egg yolks.
Stir and return to first mixture. Cook 2 minutes longer.
