Veggie Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    minced garlic
    Parmesan cheese
    mushrooms (fresh wash bite size pieces; optional)
    broccoli (fresh wash bite size pieces; optional)
    carrots (fresh wash bite size pieces; optional)
    zucchini (fresh wash bite size pieces; optional)
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 jar basil pesto (Classico or any kind)
    1 pt. heavy whipping cream
    olive oil
    1 box bow tie pasta
Preparation
    Put veggies in large skillet with a very small amount of olive oil (1 tablespoon). Cook on medium heat (covered) until veggies are tender, about 10 minutes. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of basil pesto; add tomatoes and cook on medium for about 8 minutes. Add 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic. Add whipping cream and cook on medium heat just long enough to get the cream hot. Serve over any kind of pasta.
