Rancher'S Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. short ribs
1 green pepper, diced
2 large onions, diced
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Cut ribs into serving pieces.
Place on cookie sheet.
Brown in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Drain grease and place in large baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Turn pieces one time.
Serve with sauce.
