Pasta With Tuna And Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. small tube macaroni or elbows
1 (6 oz.) can tuna in water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. frozen peas
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano and red pepper
Preparation

In 3 tablespoons oil, brown garlic and onion.
Add tomato sauce, peas, seasoning and 2 cups of water.
Simmer for 7 to 8 minutes.
Stir in tuna with the water.
Remove from heat.
In the meantime, cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Add to tuna and pea mixture.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
