Margarita Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. pretzel crumbs
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. lime juice (preferably Key lime)
    4 large eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lime peel
    1/4 c. tequila
    3 Tbsp. Cointreau
    green food coloring
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine pretzel crumbs and brown sugar.
    With fork, stir in butter until blended.
    Press mixture onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate; refrigerate.
    In small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup lime juice; let stand 5 minutes to soften.
