Sweet And Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon, cut up
    2/3 c. onions, diced
    1 tsp. each: dry mustard and salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. bean liquid
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook together bacon and onions until onions are transparent. Mix together mustard, flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Then stir into bacon and onions.
    Add vinegar and bean liquid.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add beans and simmer 10 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings. Preparation Time:
    15 to 20 minutes.
    Note:
    can be served hot or cold.
