Loaded Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. red potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 small pkg. velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
    8 c. half & half milk
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Chop (you can leave peeling on) and boil potatoes until tender.
    While potatoes are boiling, in separate pan, mix ingredients and cook until mixture thickens.
    Drain potatoes and pour milk mixture over potatoes, and add salt & pepper to taste. Cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
