Beef Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 small can mushroom pieces, drained
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    dash of red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Bake pie crust 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from
    oven.
    Reduce
    oven\ttemperature to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture into
    baked pie shell.
    Cover edges of pie shell with aluminum foil
    to
    prevent burning.\tBake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
