Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 large egg or 2 small
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. cherries and 1/4 c. juice

Preparation

Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
