Pecan Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted cake flour
4 sticks butter, softened
2 c. chopped pecans
8 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix flour, butter, pecans, 8 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Roll into 1-inch balls; then roll in confectioners sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
