Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Mix lightly, but well.
Sift flour, spices, soda and baking powder.
Add to zucchini mixture and blend well.
Add nuts. Pour batter into 2 (8 x 4-inch) greased and floured pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
