Stew Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ears corn
3 Tbsp. bacon grease
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation

With sharp knife, cut off corn from cob.
Put in frying pan with grease and sugar.
Allow it to stew until the liquid stews out and the corn begins to fry.
As it starts to brown, stir so it won't stick to the pan.
Do not overcook.
It must be moist. Remove to serving dish and place slices of side pork on top.
Serve hot.
