Green Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck green tomatoes
    1 medium cabbage
    6 green sweet peppers
    6 red sweet peppers
    6 onions
    2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    7 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes.
    Put in colander and let drain overnight. Chop and add cabbage, all peppers and onions.
    Boil together vinegar, celery seed, sugar and mustard seed.
    Add the chopped vegetables and boil 15 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal while hot. Makes 12 pints.
