Omelette Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf English muffin bread, cut off crust
    butter
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    sliced ham
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Butter both sides of bread.
    Layer in pan.
    Add Swiss cheese, ham and Cheddar cheese.
    Add second layer of bread.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
    Pour over sandwiches.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
