Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pot roast (enough to feed your family)
1 large onion, sliced
1 to 2 green peppers, sliced
beef bouillon
salt
pepper
Preparation

Put onions, green peppers and beef bouillon mixed with water in crock-pot.
Add meat. Add enough water to cover meat.
Cook all day.
Meat just falls apart.
Fill hoagie roll with meat, onion and green pepper.
Tastes great with Mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top.
Pour au jus sauce in a bowl to dip.
