Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 small tender squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 well beaten egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Mash and add salt and pepper.
    Add margarine, bouillon cube, onion, egg and sour cream.
    Pour into lightly greased one-quart casserole.
    Combine bread crumbs, shredded cheese and dash of paprika.
    Sprinkle over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
