Coral Salad Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 (No. 1) can tomato soup
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely diced green pepper
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. finely diced cucumber
Preparation

Soften gelatin in water.
Heat tomato soup and cheese and add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Add mayonnaise and stir until well blended.
Add vegetables.
Pour into mold.
Chill.
Unmold and serve with cold meats.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
