Rice And Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. butter
    1 bunch green onion
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 qt. raw oysters, drained
Preparation
    Saute chicken livers in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Dice and set aside.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter; stir in onion, celery and pepper. Saute until tender.
    Combine oysters, livers, parsley, rice, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
