Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef (I use crab and shrimp, too)
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Jiffy mix
    salt, pepper and/or herbs we like
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/4 c. milk
    onions, peppers and celery, sauteed
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into a Pyrex pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or so minutes.
    Easy, good and quick.
