Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef brisket
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    pepper
    salt
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Pour liquid smoke over meat and sprinkle both sides generously with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning uncover and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Do not drain.
    Cover securely with foil and place in shallow pan.
    Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0. Remove foil and add barbecue sauce.
    Reseal and bake another hour.
