Sloppy Joe'S - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. fine chopped celery
1/2 c. fine chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lb. fine ground sirloin
1/2 c. yellow mustard
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 - 1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in sauce pan over medium-hi heat.
Then add the next 3 ingredients and saute until translucent.
In a large skillet cook ground sirloin (or ground beef) until browned (no raw meat left).
Remove from heat and drain off any fat.
Combine sauteed vegetables with ground sirloin.
Add the last 3 ingredients and season to taste.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened. Serve over toast or butter toasted buns.
