Double Lemon Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Lemon Chalet Cremes cookies, crushed
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    grated lemon rind (optional)
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    dash of ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix with enough beaten egg just to hold together.
    Pat into a 10-inch cheesecake pan on the bottom and a little up the sides. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden.
