Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. nuts
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. white sugar
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat 3 eggs well.
    Add the oil.
    Add sugar.
    Sift together the flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add to first mixture.
    After mixing well, add the vanilla.
    Fold in nuts and apples.
    Put cake in a cool oven; cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool before taking out of a tube pan.
    Don't store airtight.
    Top is crunchy and crisp and middle is moist.
