Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    5 1/2 c. milk
    4 c. bread pieces (2 days old)
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Into large size mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and other hot milk.
    Add bread and let stand until mixture is lukewarm.
    Stir in the next five ingredients.
    Turn into large casserole or baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 (moderate) oven until a sharp bladed knife inserted near center of pudding comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
