Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag cauliflower, carrots and broccoli mix
    1 can cheese soup or Cheez Whiz
    1 stick margarine
    2/3 c. cooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk (depending on how thick sauce is)
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together; pour into greased casserole dish (2-quart) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
