Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peas, drained
4 dill pickles, diced
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
salt to taste
6 boiled eggs, finely chopped
3 sweet pickles, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, diced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, adding the lettuce last.
Stir or toss lightly.
