Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation

Cook vegetables until tender.
Combine vegetables, sour cream, soup, 1/2 of cheese and onion rings and pepper and place in greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onion rings and cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
