Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple, diced
    1 orange, sliced
    1 peach, sliced
    2 plums, sliced
    2 apricots, sliced
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple in pure juice
Preparation
    To skin peach or apricots, dip into boiling water for 30 seconds, then plunge into cold water to stop the cooking process. Skins will then slip off.
