Baked Beans In Tomato Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large tomatoes
    celery salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    baked beans
    5 slices bacon
Preparation
    Wash
    tomatoes;
    cut out stem end and scoop out center, leaving
    thick wall.
    Sprinkle inside of cups with celery salt and sugar
    and fill with baked beans.
    Butter a shallow baking pan and set
    the
    filled
    tomatoes
    in it.
    Place 1 slices of bacon across
    each
    tomato
    and
    bake until bacon is crisp; at 350\u00b0 for 20
    minutes.
    The
    scooped out centers can be stewed and
    seasoned with salt, prepared mustard and a little sugar. Strain and serve as a sauce around baked tomatoes.
