Sausage Cabbage Noodle Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    3/4 c. sliced onions
    1 small red bell pepper cut into thin strips
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    2 tsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 oz. medium egg noodles (about 3 1/2 cups), cooked and drained
    1/2 pkg. (about 6 oz.) beef Polska Kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium high heat. Add onions, sausage and red pepper.
    Saute 4-5 minutes or until tender crisp.
    Stir in cabbage, sugar, dill, vinegar, salt and pepper until blended.
    Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly.
    Add egg noodles; toss to coat.
    Makes about 5 cups.
