Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 to 4 small baked sweet potatoes, mashed with 1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    scant 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well. Pinch off and roll into small balls. Turn over in oil in pan to coat top of biscuit with oil. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
