Heavenly Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. warm water (to dissolve yeast)
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; add boiling water and allow to cool.
    Add yeast.
    Stir in beaten egg, salt and the shortening mixture.
    Add enough flour to make a soft dough, stirring with a wooden spoon.
