Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Add egg yolks.
Gradually stir in lemon juice, lemon rind and water.
Cook until thick.
Pour into cooked pie crust.
Top with meringue.
