Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 can Franco-American brown gravy with onions
    cooked rice
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine beef, egg and crumbs; shape into 16 meatballs.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot salad oil, brown meatballs.
    Spoon off fat.
    Add gravy.
    Reduce heat to low; cover.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
