German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Cook onion in bacon grease until translucent.
    Add salt, pepper, sugar and flour; stir.
    Add vinegar.
    Add 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil.
    Add potatoes and celery seed.
