Seafood Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can cream-style corn
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
3 or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. crawfish
1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into a rectangular pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
