Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices or 1 lb. frozen sliced carrots
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water to cover until tender.
Drain and set aside.
