Noodle Pudding(Jewish; Luchun Kugel) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broad noodles
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. raisins (or less)
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water for about 8 minutes.
    Drain. While noodles are cooking, mix all other ingredients together. Then add to cooked noodles.
    Put into very large Corning Ware (or 2 large baking dishes).
    Cook, uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
