Shrimp And Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. fresh parsley
    1 lb. shrimp (uncooked)
    1 lb. linguine
Preparation
    Shell shrimp.
    Boil shells in water to cover for 30 minutes. In frying pan, saute butter, oil, garlic and parsley; allow to cool.
    Discard shells.
    Add water to frying pan.
    Reduce heat and simmer.
    Clean and cut shrimp in chunks, add to frying pan and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add salt to taste.
    Serve over linguine.
