Crepes-Mandarin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. mandarin juice
    1 Tbsp. Triple Sec or Contreau
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender, beginning with liquids. Blend at high speed for 20 to 30 seconds.
    Scrape down sides of the container.
    Blend a few more seconds.
    Crepe batter made in a blender can be used immediately or refrigerated until needed.
    If mixture thickens on standing, thin to the right consistency with a little milk.
    Crepe batter should be thin enough to run freely around the bottom of the crepe pan when it is tilted.
