Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine cereal and milk.
    Let stand for 3 minutes.
    Add egg and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
    Pour into 2 1/2-inch lightly greased muffin pan cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
