Country Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sweet peas, drained
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken in 1 tablespoon oil in skillet 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in undrained tomatoes, broth and 1/2 cup water; bring to boil. Stir in corn, peas and rice; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4.
