Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries with stems (30)
3 Tbsp. softened butter
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. powdered sugar
chocolate coating
Preparation

Drain cherries well on paper towel.
Combine butter, syrup, salt and powdered sugar.
Knead until smooth.
Shape about 1 teaspoon sugar mixture around cherry, covering completely.
Put on wax paper and refrigerate 1/2 hour.
Dip in melted chocolate.
